01 · OVERVIEWWhat is Diner

A diner on an empty street that never closes. Every meme that ever left the front page ends up here sooner or later. They sit at the counter, they take a booth, they stand at the jukebox. Nobody orders and nobody leaves.

Everyone in here is green and looks like a character from a 2003 console game, because that is the year the place stopped updating. The site is the window you look through from the street.

PLACE: One diner, one street lamp, one neon sign, open 24h

PEOPLE: Wojak, Pepe, Troll, Doge and Gigachad, all green, all regulars

CHAIN: Robinhood Chain, token through the Pons launchpad

SITE: One page, no framework, the whole screen is the diner at 3 AM with the neon sign, the menu, the receipt and the bell around it

03 · KITCHENThe menu

COFFEE: Poured once. Refills are available, nobody has asked

PIE: One slice, one plate, one fork, all still in their starting positions

SPECIALS: The cook has a spatula and a clean grill. Order rail empty since opening day

JUKEBOX: One record. It was good the first thousand times

THE WAITER: There is a button on the site. There is no waiter

INTRO: Four frames walk you from the end of the street to the counter, about three seconds, SKIP bottom right

SOUND: Quiet until you tap. Your first click anywhere starts the jukebox

REGULARS: Five polaroids pinned in the top right corner, one per regular. Click one to open it big

GALLERY: ← → to move, ESC or CLOSE to close

CALL THE WAITER: The chrome bell in the bottom right corner. Press it as many times as you like, the line under it tells you who did not come

THE GUEST CHECK: Bottom left, green diner pad. Contract address, the buy button, X and this page. Total $0.00, stamped unpaid

THE MENU: The lightbox on the right lists tonight's regulars and what they have not touched

The token launches on Robinhood Chain through the Pons launchpad. The contract goes onto the guest check in the bottom left corner and here. Until then both say soon, the copy button says not yet.

No backend, no account, no cookies, nothing written to your browser. The diner does not keep tabs, it never had a customer to keep one on.

MUSIC: One CC0 jazz track on the jukebox, plays after your first tap, the same button mutes it

REDUCED MOTION: If your system asks for it, the neon stops flickering and the strip stops scrolling
